Delivery & Returns

Deliveries:

All of orders are dispatched via next day DPD. You will be informed of a delivery method once your order has been placed and accepted. Most deliveries will require an adult signature.

In most cases, orders received prior to 1.30pm, orders will be shipped the same day. Where shopping baskets contain more than one product, the delivery timescale of the product with the longest delivery period will be applied.

All orders will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working days depending delivery method, if you have received dispatch notification and goods have not arrived within this period please contact the carrier with tracking details provided.  If any order is likely to take longer than 5 working days you will be notified via telephone or email.

If it is not possible to sign for the delivery a card will be left by the driver highlighting re-delivery details.

All delivery schedules are subject to availability of stock. We monitor all of our online stock levels daily, though from time to time may be subject to delays from our suppliers which will be out of our control. You will be notified via email or telephone if there are any stock issues relating to your order. Delivery guarantee offers only cover items which are in stock.

Purchases from LBS Builders Merchants Ltd via www.hedgehog-gutter-brush.co.uk are currently restricted to Mainland UK, if your required delivery address is not available upon checkout it is because additional charges may be required. Please contact the online sales department on 01558 610512 and we will be happy to confirm costs for your delivery.

All delivery costs are calculated when items are added to your basket. Delivery costs are determined based on size, weight and contents of your order along with delivery location.

Delivery addresses must be accessible.

Do not arrange for tradesmen to begin work before materials or goods have arrived. LBS Builders Merchants Limited shall not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date. Please see Our Liability under Section 8 of Terms and Conditions.

We do not currently offer a collection from store facility via, online sales transactions have to be processed online and delivery will be made to the specified address. Online Sales returns have to adhere to our online returns policy and will not be processed via the branch.

Returns:

We accept all returns within 30 days from purchase date. Where goods are deemed faulty or incorrect we will arrange for collection and re-delivery, for all other reasons the customer will be required to cover the return expense.

Refunds on returns will be paid back via the original transaction method. We do not have the facility to process refunds greater than the original sale cost.

Please contact us via email or telephone prior to returning goods in order to obtain a return reference number. You will be notified when goods are received, we suggest using a tracked, insured service with proof of delivery, we will not be liable for any goods lost in return transit.
